The AWS Executive Recruiting team is seeking an experienced Principal Executive Recruiter to support the WW Public Sector Sales business to scale by identifying, engaging, and hiring top leaders for executive level positions that will have significant, positive impact on the AWS business, and the customers they serve.

Qualified candidates will be well-versed in all aspects of executive search including search strategy, market strategy, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer negotiations.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting & managing research to identify and cultivate candidates that enable our ability to effectively scale the way we hire and develop the best Creating unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the right leaders for the right roles at the right time Developing innovative ways to raise the bar on how Amazon connects with the executive level Public Sector talent Continually contributing to the knowledge base of both our team and the broader executive recruiting function by sharing intelligence related to relevant industries and talent pools/profiles Establishing talent networks in Public Sector, tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an ongoing list of evergreen candidates Establishing a Trusted Advisor role with hiring managers and senior leaders Leading client update meetings on active searches Conducting on-site interviews, participating in debriefs, performing 360 reference checks, and presenting employment offers on behalf of Amazon Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership Working across the organization with key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Compensation, and the Business to ensure a superior customer and candidate experienceCritical success factors in this role:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
