Technical Lead/Architect with Security Clearance
Job Description:
A high level of proficiency and demonstrated experience involving the design, creation, operation, and maintenance of scalable cloud based security systems based on a centralized (policy and implementation), SSO, and 2FA using OpenID Connect atop OAuth 2.
0 protocols where role-based access controls (RBAC) is the method of regulating access to system resources based on the roles of actors within the system.
Special consideration shall be given for experience systems that are expected to be used by blind individuals.

A high level of proficiency and demonstrated experience involving the design, creation, operation, and maintenance of scalable cloud-based systems involved with distributed multi-site, multi-tier, storage repository management schema in which files and related digital asset objects are abstracted from physical location and supports seamless access to public cloud storage buckets and content transfer operations from/to repository via customized media transfer services for applications within the Integrated Systems involved in the cataloguing, production, and distribution of content.
Preferred:
+5 years of experience A high level of proficiency and demonstrated experience involving the design, creation, operation, and support of scalable cloud-based infrastructure associated with the distribution and delivery of digital assets and digital talking books using voice-controlled selection and playback using commercial equipment.
Special consideration shall be given for experience with commercially-available machine learning and speech synthesis and recognition products supporting Integrated Systems that can be used by blind and print disabled individuals.
Preferred:
+4 years of experience A high level of proficiency and demonstrated experience developing software which complies with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.
1; WAI-ARIA, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 USC 794d); and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards (36 CFR part 1194) regulations in support of the design of and development of accessible applications.

+5 years of experience A high level of proficiency and demonstrated experience development of user interfaces that are accessible and usable for blind and visually impaired users.
Special consideration shall be given for current project experience or recent completion (within 6 months) of a previous similar project.

+5 years of experience A high level of proficiency and demonstrated experience with IT Security based on National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP800 IT Rev.

This includes a security assessment, certification, risk assessment, and security testing & evaluation pursuant to NIST 800-37 and FedRAMP.
This includes a System Security Plan (SSP) pursuant to NIST SP 800-18; IT Contingency Plan pursuant to NIST SP 800-34; and a Security Test & Evaluation Report.
Preferred:
+5 years of experience A high level of proficiency and demonstrated experience managing all aspects of the software configuration management process including code compilation, packaging / deployment / release methodology and application configuration.
Proven experience branching and merging code lines in the GIT and resolved all the conflicts raised during merges.
