In this role, you will:
Lead all of our channel strategy for the GICS/R4R/HR business units, this would include any shared services offerings across the TA team within NAMER.
In addition to this you will provide thought leadership and will own defining and implementing the multi year workforce plan across the GICS TA organization to align our recruitment resources in the most optimized manner to deliver more efficiently for our customers.
Partner with business leaders and HR/Diversity Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics across our channel and shared service teams.
Design recruiting and HR program from concept to implementation Drive scaling strategies, market expansion plans, and alternative pipelines Manage a growing team who own finding, assessing, and closing all levels of candidates Develop innovative ways to meet AWS's constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
