Employee Referral Specialist (Recruiter)

AWS Talent Acquisition recently launched a recruiting team that is focused on providing our Employee Referral candidates a great overall experience.
The Employee Referral Expeditors team is seeking a talented recruiter to join our team! You would be dedicated to increasing volume and representation of Employee Referral talent through sourcing a variety of channels including but not limited to internal sourcing tools (Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management), hosting Employee Referral sourcing sessions, and managing daily inbound Employee Referrals.
Responsibilities:
Review inbound Employee Referral candidates for possible placement within tech teams at AWS.
Identify and engage historic Employee Referrals within internal sourcing tools to uncover potential interest in roles.
Conduct intake calls with candidates to understand skillset, preferences and target locations.
Share candidate profiles across multiple teams to ensure that employee referrals are being reviewed by and introduced to the most well aligned teams.
