This position has flexibility to be located in Seattle WA, Portland OR, Bay Area CA, or Austin, TX The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Engineering Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization.
You will be supporting AWS technical teams to drive candidate generation in partnership with your clients.
Successful Recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs.
They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done.
They draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
Engage qualified candidates for a variety of niche and highly technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives Communicate sourcing strategies to business and recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, with data, deliverables and timelines Work with candidates through the interview process, moving quickly to create a great candidate experience Develop and implement new recruiting processes and fine tune existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, keeping client and candidate experience as the top priority.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
