We are looking for a Sr.
Client Lead Recruiter to help grow and scale hiring in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Identity team.
The Sr.
Client Lead Recruiter will be aligned to the business working closely with business leaders and AWS Talent Acquisition to drive a recruiting strategy; including requirements gathering, process improvement for interviewing and closing candidates while acting as the main point of contact for a line of business within AWS.
The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders.
They must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage and hire candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity.
Thriving in an growth environment and having a strength in problem-solving will be critical to success in this role.
The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and centralized student program teams.

Responsibilities:
Partner across AWS hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build a cohesive talent strategy.
Manage a high volume of offers throughout the year.
Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the AWS, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
