Sales Lead Researcher

The Sales Lead Researcher is responsible for providing executional support to JPS account executives by researching all new employer prospects identified by our lead generation system and sales admin team, fully researching and gathering information all new employer accounts so they are ready to be called on by our outbound consultative sales team.

oReview daily lead lists that are sent by the sales admins to JPS sales team.
oIdentify all the brand new employer prospects on the spreadsheet who have never advertised on a Boxwood client board to recruit qualified talent specific to that client org
oFully research each new lead in preparation for an outbound consultative sales call made by a JPS Sales Account Executive.
oConduct a comprehensive analysis of each prospective employer advertiser, identifying all talent acquisition decision makers at corporate headquarter level and regional offices who may be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified talent for their organization, so the sales team can sell as broadly and deeply into an organization by identifying the current specific talent needs across all areas of expertise (financial, project management, training, etc.)
oIdentifying all decision makers within each organization for the JPS sales team to approach for securing national recruitment campaigns.
oCreate and qualify a minimum of 16 leads per day for 4 individual reps. Goal for each week is to provide a minimum of 80 leads, equally distributed across sales team of 4 reps (each rep gets 20 leads)
oObtain and document all information required for JPS sales reps to approach as a national account.
ooSpecific Lead Qualification Steps:
oIdentify all employers with new status on WANTED Analytics leads sent to the sales team by sales admins
oCheck CMSX to identify if there are any employer records for that client for specific Boxwood client job boards
oIdentify specifc talent needs by using client filters set up on WANTED Analytics
oReview and Identify contacts on WANTED--obtain/ identify full contact informtion including name, title address, phone, email address. Check for contacts from all other sources via WANTED--Talent Bin, Swoop, Jigsaw, LinkedIn, etc.
oIdentify all coporate and regional level HR and Talent Acquisition decision makers-- obtain/ identify full contact infor for each.
oSearch Google and client site to identify who the senior HR team members are, as supplemental source to CMSX and WANTED
oInsert the link to the employers coporate career center onto the spreadsheet, with an overview of the types of positions/disciplines the employer is currently looking for
oIdentify which JPS rep(s) should call each employer based on employers' specfic talent needs
oCall coporate headquater decision makers--attempt to get their talent acquistion budget, job sites currently posting to, process for reviewing new talent sources (job boards); what their fiscal year is.
oCheck CMSX for any records already created for specific clients.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
