CAREER DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Search Consultant i.e. Executive Recruiter. (Training Provided). As a Search Consultant you will be helping companies find top talent, and top talent find a better opportunity. You will spend at least 80% of your day on the phone selling/consulting. You will make cold and warm calls to new prospects and existing candidates. HOURS & PAY
We are somewhat flexible on hours and schedule but we are looking for someone who can work at least 30 hours per week. We pay large commissions based on performance and a small draw against commission. On top of that, bonuses are possible for top performers. A good recruiter in this position can make 75 - 175k per year working 40 hours per week - even more if they are great.
We prefer candidates who are within 20 miles of Herndon, VA
