About the Job
Quantum tech Staffing an IT staffing firm based in Herndon Virginia is currently in need of experienced Account Managers to cultivate new business development, penetrate and develop existing client accounts, relationship management, and crossselling and marketing our services within the market.
Duties:
Build productive relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and recruit potential candidates through referrals, networking, job boards, job fairs, and developing new recruiting sources for top talent
Thoroughly screen applicants and conduct necessary screening steps
Contact Clients for quality assurance of recent placements
Assist with onboarding of new employees and ensure that all federal, state and local HR regulations are complied with
Manage RFP process with new potential clients
Requirements:
Strong Attitude, Aptitude, Passion and Experience
1-3 years selling IT contract staffing services
Responsible for selling our Technical Consultants/Services to prospective clients
Strong account penetration / business presentation / effective sales and marketing background
Proven sales track record
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to develop and grow national and/or midmarket accounts
Competitive, energetic and self motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong desire to be a part of a growing winning team
Compensation: Salary and generous commission and profit sharing

Recruiter Core Duties and
Responsibilities:
Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates (through internal database, job boards and other search engines, contact lists, job fairs, cold calls, etc.)
Qualify candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills and salary requirements
Attract highly qualified candidates by continually running descriptive job advertisements on job boards, Linked-in, Facebook and other media outlets
Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
Maintain and upkeep of candidates files in the internal database
Generating leads and market intelligence for our sales and new client development efforts
Recruiter Minimum Requirements:
Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience

years of staffing industry recruiting experience
Proven track record
Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player professionals
Ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives in managing client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to generate client tips and new business for sales team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong interest in following a career path to become an Account Executive
Bachelors degree preferred
Compensation: Salary and generous commission and profit sharingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
