Key Role:
Serve as a requirements analyst and a member of the collaboration project team. Take information from the appropriate sources to analyze and document findings in order to establish requirements for the intranet and social collaboration strategy being delivered to the firm. Define and analyze requirements in a highly visible environment and at an advanced level. Perform requirements analysis, document requirements, and relay an understanding of those requirements to the software developers who are implementing them. Capture and create requirements in a requirements management tool for use by the project team. Engage in requirement reviews and design discussions, lead requirements gathering sessions with the project team, and maintain responsibility for requirements gathering across the applications associated with this project, including Office 365, One Drive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Yammer.
Basic
Qualifications:
-Experience with JiRA or other requirements gathering tools
-Knowledge of the agile or waterfall development process and software release processes
-Ability to be a self-starter and work in a team environment
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
-Ability to collect information from multiple sources to arrive at a clear understanding of requirements within SharePoint 2013 and other Microsoft products associated with the Intranet
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

Qualifications:
-Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 or associated applications a plus
-Possession of excellent listening and interpersonal skills
-BA or BS degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field
