Summary:
The IT Change Management Analyst is responsible for the change management plan, including processes to manage and monitor adherence to the change management policies under company's configuration control policies and procedures.
The employee is primarily responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize the adoption and usage of the change management policies and procedures.
This position works closely with the Manager of Change and Configuration Management (CCM) to convene the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure standardized methods, processes, and procedures are followed for all changes.
This position will also be assisting the team by performing automated deployments to QA and Prod environments and be expected to understand Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree
o 5-7 years of IT Change Management experience
o ITIL foundation certificate
o 2-3 years of technical writing
o Excellent written and verbal communication
o Good facilitation skills

Qualifications:
o Ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
o Ability to effectively manage people and processes not directly under his/her control
o Understanding of Incident and Problem management processes
Physical Requirements:
o Must live within a commutable distance of Herndon, VA.
o May be required to provide on-call remote, or 24/7 technical support
o Must be able to travel to remote data center locations as needed
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
