Abraxas has a need for an experienced Program Manager (PM) who will be responsible for the technical execution and personnel management of a mid-sized national security program. The PM is the single focal point for the customer and ensures contract compliance and the delivery of high quality contract products/deliverables. The PM will also be responsible for the timely response to customer needs and requests. Additional responsibilities include accountability for financial and schedule performance, program staffing, and program reporting to customer and corporate management.
Proven ability to lead analyst and technical teams in the successful delivery of formal analysis documentation and technical system products/deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience briefing senior personnel
Experience with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Publisher)
Proven ability to build, manage and maintain integrated program schedules
Experience managing and reporting program budget and financials.
M.S. Degree in a technical or management discipline (i.e. Engineering, Management, Business Administration, etc.)
8
years of Program Management experience
Program Management Certification (i.e. PMP)
Experience with or knowledge of biometric technology and identity analysis
Familiarity with the Customer Group computing environment, IT service providers, standards, and technology direction.
Experience working within the Project Management Framework
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
