Job Description:
Experienced senior management professional with proven PM skills providing leadership, direction and oversight to several Project Managers at the same time
Monitor and control the effectiveness of Department of Justice Programs to ensure Harris is meeting contractual obligations, schedule/cost/performance requirements while at same time introducing innovations to maintain a competitive advantage
Expand DOJ core business with current customers and capture adjacent/emerging customers through the development of industry leading solutions and capabilities and/or collaborating with other parts of Harris to leverage corporate-wide capabilities and business solutions
Responsible for comprehensive account support for the DOJ programs including the support to business development, capture management, and proposal strategies
Acts as the Harris IT
services
' central point of contact for DOJ programs with other parts of Harris, current/potential team members and current/potential customers
Achieve financial targets and commitments for the DOJ line of business while supporting strong operating cash flow and conservative balance sheet management
Regularly interact with the organization's management and frequently interact with senior and
executive
management on matters concerning the division and/or customers
Job
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (or the equivalent) with a minimum of 20 years experience as a Program Manager supporting/managing IT-related requirements
At least 10 years of experience delivering IT support services to DOJ departments, organizations and agencies
At least 10 years of experience managing a variety of contract types to include - FFP, CP, AF, PBSC and T&M
Existing relationships with DOJ IT decision
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong customer management/relationship building skills
Experience in new business development and capture management
PMP Certification
ITIL V3 Foundation certification
This
position
requires the candidate to be able to obtain a TS security clearance. In order to obtain a clearance you need to be a US Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
