Cluster Project Design Electrical Engineer, Fleet Remediation Engineering

As an Amazon Fleet Remediation Project Design Engineer, you will lead design projects in operational data centers, that remediate issues, upgrade our existing infrastructure or add new services.
You will be the 'go to' engineering resource for these projects and will provide lifecycle support from design through implementation.
You will use your electrical expertise to:
o Own the design for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions which add data center infrastructure, capacity, improve availability, and/or increase sustainability.
o Prepare/review short circuit coordination studies and maintain the software models to martch as-built site conditions.
o Perform design and equipment submittal review for Data Centers in your region.
o Interface with internal and external data center design engineering team, server hardware team, environmental health and safety team, field engineering, and controls engineering to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services delivered.
o Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions.
o Act as a technical subject matter expert for your given discipline during new remediation projects.
o Support construction, commissioning, operations, and turnover.

, Operations, Commissioning, Construction and Design)o Manage design and as built drawings and documentso Prepare and present progress reports to all relevant stakeholderso Be inclined to get into the field to see things up close Each day you will interact with different teams responsible for all aspects of the data centers.
You will prioritize your activities to support data center safety, remediation projects, capacity, and availability, focusing on the actions that are most impactful.
