MEP Coordinator

Relocation is availableMEP Construction Coordinators are needed for a renowned construction organization.
The MEP Construction Coordinators will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical construction requirements for Mission Critical facilities, including data centers, and related projects.
Your responsibilities will involve supervising and managing all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors, coordinating schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation throughout all project phases, from pre-construction to close-out.
The ideal candidate for this role should have 5
years' of commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems, preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Candidates must be proficient in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing relationships with stakeholders while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
Additionally, experience in monitoring MEP system installation and start-up, commissioning projects, and leading the MEP team and trade partners throughout all project stages is required.
This is a direct-hire role, and relocation is available for qualified candidates.
