Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services' National Security Portfolio is seeking an IT Program Manager with a strong desire to have a positive impact on National Security.
You will lead a team that requires program management and technical support to perform software development activities.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with the client and have a direct impact on the mission.
Responsibilities Include:
Consult and coordinate appropriately for problem resolution, task scheduling, and new resource requirements, and task clarification.
Create and maintain Project Management Review (PMR) slides for projects and brief PMR slides.
Provide estimated costs of deploying system components to the target environment (AWS or Azure).
Participate in all Lean Agile scrums, sprints, and grooming sessions.
Here's what you need:
Minimum 5 years of experience with:
Technical project management with full lifecycle software development.
Risk identification, management, and mitigation.
Using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
Tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with Lean Agile methodology and leading an Agile Developments team.
Experience with analytic tool to ingest, correlate, build and disburse products to other applications.
Demonstrated experience with interfacing with partners of Sponsor's application.
Demonstrated experience using ErDoS for managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.

An active TS/SCI with Poly is required to startCompensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
