Assists with maintaining the Parish database using Parish Data Systems (PDS) software.
We are looking for a bilingual individual who speaks fluent Spanish and English and is proficient with Microsoft Office including Publisher.
Responsible for the bulletin each week using Publisher.
PDS Software knowledge a plus but will train.
Schedules baptisms and works with the families to receive the proper paperwork for the baptism and maintains a list for the Baptism class each month.
Maintains the sacramental record books.
Misc.
duties as needed.
Attention to detail, good organizational and analytical skills a must.
Assumes responsibility for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality of all Church and School client information.
