6B annual revenueTo support that growth, we need an information technology strategy that can scale and grow with usThe Chief Information Officer's role is to develop, establish, execute, and refine ASRC Federal's IT strategyThe CIO reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is a member of ASRC Federal's leadership teamIn this capacity, the CIO participates in and contributes to business strategy development and ongoing business operationsThe CIO ensures the delivery of all information and technology capabilities required for the successful achievement of ASRC Federal's mission and ensures the IT strategy is aligned and integrated with the business strategyASRC Federal is looking for an experienced leader with a history of building and developing effective teams who successfully drive change in an organization through IT strategyThe CIO brings thought leadership and subject matter expertise of information and technology and leverages those to support business unit and corporate functional needsSpecifically, this individual is responsible for all aspects of the organization's information technology, networks, and systems including enterprise applications, networks, IT systems and cyber security, business intelligence, and IT help deskKey Responsibilitieso Partner with cross functional teams to support the execution of the company's strategy, culture, execution, and profitabilityo Build, develop, lead, and mentor a team of engaged IT professionals who are passionate about improving processes, driving change, and delivering resultso Review, refine, revise, and execute near and long-term IT strategies to improve business continuity, increase process efficiency, align with the mission, and scale for growtho Develop clear and concise business cases supporting strategies and demonstrating ROIo Work with the leaders in all functions to build a best-in-class, integrated IT processes that support a culture of active engagement, collaboration, and personal accountabilityo Ensure that all enterprise systems and controls reflect leading practices for critical back-office functions and processeso Lead the management and monitoring of company data security through process, controls, and technologies to protect company and client assetso Understand current and future developments in IS technologies and formulate strategies to execute in the organizationo Provide leadership to Implement enterprise-level business applications for a large (8,000
