Due to expansion within our Customer Relations Team, we are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Coordinator to join us on a full-time and permanent basis.
About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our new and existing clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients post-contractual agreement Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients Processing sales applications and providing comprehensive administrative support Assisting in the development of new proposals and quotations Aligning contract renewal quotes with current pricing and terms Coordinating internal teams by creating job numbers for the purpose of scheduling audits Act as a liaison for internal certification review teams by addressing issues and updating clients on their certificate status To excel in this role, you should possess:
