o Applies knowledge in analyzing user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs.
o Applies knowledge in creating advanced models and diagrams that show programmers the software code needed for an application.
o provides analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status.
o May provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced analysts.
o May act as a consultant across multiple programs and/or contracts within a division REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLSo Experience with Angularo Experience with Javao Willing to develop and implement solutions in a dispersed team environment.
o Experience working on a SCRUM team supporting Lean Agile Frameworko Conducts routine quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
o Experience with GIT and Jenkinso Demonstrated experience with webservice design and development.
o Experience with continuous integration, test automation and DevOpso Familiar with LINUX environmentso Translate system requirements from both formal and informal requirements into complex application interfaces.
o Knowledge of JAVA DataBase Connectivity (JDBC), Open DataBase Connectivity (ODBC), or direct data base interfaces is required to successfully develop in the environmentPREFERRED SKILLSo Experience implementing micro services (preferable micro front end)o Government customer architecture/engineering board experienceo Experience implementing AWS cloud solutions.
o Experience with automated CI/CD pipelineso Experience with distributed data architectureso Experience discussing technical topics with non-technical people.
o Puppet module development Terraform development.
o Remains abreast of and research industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
