Responsibilities:
You will assist Immigration attorney office with client intake, answer client calls/emails; gather, organize client information and create client files; manage and file documents in electronic systems; maintain databases; and provide general office admin assistance.
Scan, file, ship, and assist with immigration filing and work with time-sensitive and confidential matters.
Diligence and excellent communication skills required.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Immigration law firm experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Proficiency with Office suite.
