All-Source Intelligence Analyst-Chinese/ Mandarin Linguist with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Provides analysis of all-source data in a multi-intelligence area to produce executive-level defense reports relevant on a national or global level.
Responsible for final review of intelligence reports and prompt delivery to the customer at all levels.
Works as a member of a government and contractor team conducting signal, imagery, and multi-source intelligence analysis.
Generally, requires Army, Navy, Marine or Air Force Intelligence training and certification.
Experience requires expertise of fundamental imagery interpretation skills including basic plotting, map reading, image orientation for stereo viewing, identification of equipment and objects for defense analysis, and marine vessel identification.
Knowledge of multiple types of sensing systems, including radar and spectral imagery sources required.
Experience and training in one or more areas of; threat analysis, foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, risk and vulnerability assessments, military operations, investigations, technology protection, security, and antiterrorism/force protection are highly desirable.
The candidate shall respond to ad hoc taskings for short, medium, and long-term target analysis studies, performing with competency in all aspects of full-cycle target analysis including requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation.
Candidates who possess a Chinese/Mandarin language ILR proficiency score of at least 2 or 2
are highly desirable.
However, Chinese/Mandarin language proficiency is not required.
The candidate must also be capable of translating, transliterating, interpreting, and documenting a wide range of topics in Chinese/Mandarin on a daily and ad hoc basis, supporting multiple team members and client requests, while serving as the cultural and linguistic SME for all Chinese/Mandarin language material.
The candidate will independently utilize the client's proprietary targeting tools and databases to develop recommendations as to how best to achieve various objectives.
The candidate will work with other analysts to provide comprehensive target assessments while ensuring the sharing of data and knowledge.
The candidate may be expected to support the client in meetings with senior-level Government officials and customers to present details of completed all-source analysis.
The candidate will also be required provide timely input to the client on any issues that arise.
Responsibilities include:
Utilizing a variety of analytic methodologies in support of intelligence issues of a predominately technical nature; Developing and delivering briefings as required to provide the results of any analysis performed; Maintaining cognizance of future programs, areas of interest and emerging requirements in support of mission partner interests; and Working with operations and engineering personnel to ensure requirements are properly articulated and prioritized, and that appropriate technologies are being considered to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD Required TS/SCI with Poly.

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
Desired Chinese/Mandarin language ILR proficiency score of at least 2 or 2
are highly desirable.
However, Chinese/Mandarin language proficiency is not required.
Prior client certification as an Analyst.
Prior familiarization of the client's targeting tools.
Understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, internet routing, packet and circuit switched networks, or telephony networks.
Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000.
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
