Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing patients with a smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience through a customer service first mentality Doing pretesting workup as directed in training Answering and making outbound phone calls Scheduling appointments Confirming and explaining eligibility of vision and medical benefits Organizing patient charts before patients enter and after they leave Keeping track of contact lens stock and orders Perform insertion and removal trainings for contact lens classes Requirements:

reliable Must be friendly and professional Must be flexible with responsibilities as we are just starting up.
Thus, we will need help in various other areas over the first few months Currently, the schedule is:
Monday 9am-6pm, Thursday 11am-7pm and Friday 9-4pm but this is subject to change.
Please note we are currently open three days per week, so this would be considered a part time job.
