Responsibilities:
The PMO Jr Analyst will support the Program Manager in overseeing CND Services.
The PMO Jr Analyst will provide flexible and fluid scheduling of personnel for all task areas.
The PMO Jr Analyst will provide strategic guidance and recommendations for CND program improvement and facilitate communication and collaborate with various TSA Contractors and Federal stakeholders.
The PMO Jr.
Analyst will provide management, oversight, control, and direction to all sub-Contractors and provide insightful, accurate, and timely information on task requirements and performance.
Required skills:
o Must have demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to effectively interact with all federal agencies and team members; o Must have the ability to provide direction, management, and oversight of all contracting staff and support personnel; o Must have experience with planning, managing, overseeing and allocating program resources or budgets; o Must have experience with government contract execution and management and its associated communications and liaison activities between vendor contracting offices and government contracting officers; o Must have experience with developing and maintaining full scale project plans and schedules to include the Program Master schedule; o Must have experience in planning and development of strategic goals to provide organizational direction to the program; o Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills; o Must have the ability to generate and provide reports detailing program status and initiatives for the information and consumption of government stakeholders and executive leadership Operate the TSA Security Operations Centre (SOC) to identify and triage security alerts and respond to threats as incidents are confirmed.
Provide full lifecycle security engineering support to the Computer Network D fense System (CNDS) infrastructure and tooling.
Provide Program Management Office (PMO) support for SOC operations and engineering.
