Herndon (corporate office), Falls Church, Manassas and Clinton, MD.
Our success stems from the philosophy of helping individuals, families and businesses protect assets and make educated decisions about their insurance needs.
In order to continue providing our clients the best in service, we are looking for individuals who currently hold an insurance P&C license or are willing to get licensed within 60 days of being hired.
We are looking for individuals to work in either our Hendon or Falls Church offices.
An ideal candidate would have two years' insurance experience or customer service experience in another industry.

Responsibilities:
Taking clients' payments and answering billing questions Issuing certificates of insurance Adding/deleting vehicles/drivers Changing addresses Helping agents with quoting and other administrative tasks Back-up support for receptionists Qualifications - All offices are fast paced and individuals selected should have:
Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent situational awareness Excellent organization skills Excellent computer skills A willingness to learn new things Excellent follow thru skills An ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle interruptions Must speak English and Spanish fluently Job Type:
