certification highly desired Strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail Active FSP clearance required Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst include:
Responding to tickets for basic IT troubleshooting issues Managing accounts and access Escalating issues when necessarily to sys admins and cyber team Ensure that customer needs are met Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst includes:
