Help Desk Analyst - Full Scope Poly Required with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking entry to mid level Help Desk Analysts to support the IC on a Full Time engagement sitting out of either Reston, VA or Redmond, WAMust have active Full Scope Polygraph to be considered for this roleQualifications for the Help Desk Analyst include:
Basic understanding of Windows/Linux Operating systems Experience with Active Directory and basic IT troubleshooting A
or Security
certification highly desired Strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail Active FSP clearance required Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst include:
Responding to tickets for basic IT troubleshooting issues Managing accounts and access Escalating issues when necessarily to sys admins and cyber team Ensure that customer needs are met Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst includes:
70-90K salary based on experience Health care, vision, dental, 401K, and 15 days of PTO and 11 holidays annually Keywords:
