Contract to Hire Prior experience using ASC 606 and Salesforce is required! Primary
Responsibilities:
Manage staff of three in Accounts Receivable department.
Perform monthly close process and prepare financial statement supporting schedules.
Manage day-to-day activity for four
reporting entities to include cash management, accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
Prepare financial statements on a monthly basis for incorporation into the parent entity's consolidated financial statements.
Support Intacct/Salesforce integration for invoicing, payment posting, opportunity tracking and membership metrics for revenue assurance and reporting.
Provide audit support for responsible entities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline Minimum of 4 years in either a public accounting or private industry accounting.
SaaS experience is a plus.
Experience managing team.
Experience with Intacct or similar SaaS General Ledger, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Advanced.
) Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and technical accounting (ASC606.
