Overview The Client Services Coordinator is part of the global Medical Device Operations team, coordinating the delivery of medical device CE Marking and other certification services to BSI clients worldwide.
Administrative ability, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset are key attributes for this role.
This is a hybrid full-time position located in our Herndon, VA office.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Processing applications in SAP software system Drafting and issuing certificates Suspending/cancelling certificates Audit scheduling Invoicing Generating work orders/references Managing and processing internal workflows Assisting technical teams with tasks related to achieving and maintaining certification Supporting the Operations team in process improvement projects Supporting the Finance team in data verification and resolving client queries Actioning reports issued by the Operations and Finance teams Supporting the Technology Team leader in the smooth running of the team's affairs and support other teams' client service coordinators as required Education/
Qualifications:
Have achieved your High School diploma or higher degree Demonstrate at least two years of experience with invoicing, query resolution and complaints handling Want to proactively develop a basic understanding of medical device certification and production system controls.
These relate to a defined range of conformity certification schemes within a particular technological discipline.
Computer literate and familiar with commonly used software tools (e.
g.
Windows, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn BSI systems/software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, internally and externally and at junior and senior levels The salary for this position is $59,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
