Federal Advanced Services Engineer

As a FFI Advanced Support Engineer, you will be delivering technical support for our premium, as well as US Federal customers.

Job Responsibilities Collection, analysis and change recommendations of configuration information Collection and analysis of customer network information Collection and analysis of packet trace information Recommend actions based on analysis Customer education (gaps in networking, product knowledge etc) Reproduction of customer environments on lab equipment Follow up technical cases and manage the right expectation until the closure of the cases Work closely and provide direct technical email and phone support to FFI customers Develop best practice deployment and troubleshooting methodology documentation.
Analysis of support request, completion of requests for information and documentation Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Participate in an on-call rotation to support FFI customer outside of business hoursJob Skills Required Minimum of two years relevant professional experience preferably in the network industry Strong network security and routing experiences Scripting and Windows server app experience Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communications skills Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Asset to have CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications Willing to travel US Citizenship is requiredEducational Requirements Bachelors degree and/or relevant experience Recommended Skills Certified Information Systems Security Professional Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Cisco Certified Network Associate Cisco Certified Network Professional Communication Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
