Customer Solutions Manager

Overview:
As a Customer Solutions Manager for Asset Management, you will be responsible for partnering with our customers to achieve business outcomes using the ePlus Asset Management Service offering.
You will drive client adoption by understanding our clients key business initiatives and aligning customer expectations against our deliverable, to ensure success.
You will ensure that the customer is spending their money wisely and managing risk as they expect.
Qualified candidates must have customer-facing experience, advanced Excel skills and an understanding of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

Oversee the implementation and development, and provide oversight of, ePlus AMS products and customer integrations.
Oversee, train, assist and develop the Customer Solutions staff.
Assist with the day-to-day management of customer accounts, reporting dependencies and sales support.
Provide client facing presentations to on-board customers to the Asset Management Service.
Create and manage strategies to facilitate customer adoption of the AMS service offering.
Host customer kick-off calls to facilitate successful customer onboarding.
Manage quarterly business reviews with AMS customers.
Develop and manage customer go-to-market process for ePlus AMS.
Review data to ensure the customer experience is being protected.
Collaborate with a team of individuals focused on managing customer inventory data.
Serve as the primary point of contract for customers to assist with day-to-day questions and ensure timely resolution to their concerns.
Create professional training materials and programs.
Provide education and training to Enterprise Renewal Leads on how to drive customer success through the AMS program.
Work with the Development Team to create requirements for software releases.
Create and execute test cases for new software functionality.
Coordinate internal testing logistics.
Report software bugs to the Development Team.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of ecommerce best practices is a must.
Excellent communication/phone skills are a must.
The ability to prioritize and multitask is a must.
Must be a team player with a can do attitude.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products; high emphasis on Excel.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
Previous IT sales or Asset Management experience preferred.
Experience in program and process development is preferred.
Customer service experience or sales experience is a plus.
Position Specifics:
The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $45,000 and $55,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

Physical Requirements of Position:
Ability of finger dexterity to be used primarily to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together.
Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands and / or fingers.
Speech ability must be at a level where one must convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Hearing ability must be at a level to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Visual ability must be average with ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.

May have to exert or lift 10 20 pounds of force occasionally.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
