- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and technical support - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions
Qualifications:
