Senior Director, Controlling
Role
Responsibilities:
Oversee staffing, training, and development. Foster and oversee development of team culture, teamwork, departmental communications, and social activities in order to create an engaging and productive work environment. Develop and deliver financial statements for Planning Rounds, Budgets and Forecasts in US & FSAG formats and including all variance analysis and commentary. Manage predicted financial outcomes. Work with business to ensure alignment between business and financial planning. Responsibility for all pricing activities including retail, lease, used cars, commercial lending (wholesale/mortgages/cap loans) and remarketing off-lease transactions including analysis of prices & margins, evaluating all program thresholds, and ensuring all pricing models are accurate. Responsibility for the pricing of off-lease vehicles, ensuring proper pricing techniques, transparency and maximization of proceeds. Controlling responsibility of all marketing programs to ensure alignment of programs with budgets and forecasts and pricing margin strategies as defined by the VP of Finance, CFO, and President. Coordination with the VCI Strategy office to ensure proper alignment of KPI's and balanced scorecard with budgets, forecasts, and planning rounds. Develop, implement, and accomplish Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for Controlling teams. Support Finance VP as required. Minimum Years of
Experience:

years experience in finance and/or accounting 5-7 years of effectively managing and leading complex teams 5-7 years of experience developing P&L and BS forecasts, budgets and 5 year plans Education:
Required - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Desired - MBA Certified Public Accountant General Skills:

$250K -- $500K+
