Seasoned Business Development Directors - Payments/FinTech Blackhawk Network, a branded payment solution company is looking for seasoned Sales/Business Development professionals that want to go after net new business. Responsibilities:
You will have a opportunity to be a part of our fastest growing business within Blackhawk Network. In this role, you will be responsible for creating strategies and partnerships with prospects to large Distribution, Payments and/or eCommerce channel. You will lead the identification, development and execution of strategic revenue-producing partnerships. You should have a thorough understanding of the current activities in these arenas to identify new revenue and business model opportunities. Specific responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
Drive business development strategy and direction to identify and grow Blackhawk's business initiatives, with a specific focus in the retail distribution, payments and digital commerc/technolocy sectors. Help formulate and execute the three year plan for growth, partnership portfolio, investment, and overall innovation. Leverage senior executive relationships to uncover strategic opportunities and alliances that extend Blackhawk's businesses into new areas. Roadmap development and growth around validation of all partnerships and investments. Drive and articulate Blackhawk's positioning with key external strategic partners and within the digital commerce ecosystem. Aggressively pursue and secure partnerships with key prospects Lead from strategy to execution on business development initiatives, via internal and external leadership Report to executive management on strategic business development milestones
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have high energy, smart and be a compelling communicator to both external and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess an ability to conceptualize, negotiate and close new customer contracts as well as be comfortable representing emerging opportunities in a complex selling environment. This individual must partner well with large accounts and existing account team to move account to next level. The Candidate will be experienced and comfortable presenting to CMO's and CEO with the Payments/FinTech industry. They must have a proven track record and be effective at pitching deals as well as conducting complex negotiations. You must be able to work across a matrix organization with strong negotiation and collaboration skills. 10
years of Business Development or Sales experience a must BA/BS Degree, Masters a plus A proven and recognized leader with a track record of creating growth opportunities and developing new partnerships which deliver growth and financial return Anticipates future business opportunities (or problems) and develops strategies to address them; can take business to the next level Possesses the self-confidence and unique insight required to navigate through ambiguity; constructively challenge conventional wisdom Prioritizes and organizes investment/resources against highest return opportunities through structured, process-driven approach Able to effectively articulate direction and make case for incremental investment based on shifting landscape, priority markets, and financial opportunity Strong execution focus with track record for accelerating growth and new market development through partnership development Results-oriented individual with a history of setting and obtaining stretch goals, establishing and meeting aggressive time lines, and achieving outstanding performance Creates support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; creates a strong network of relationships among peers, partners, external constituencies, decision makers and stakeholders Promotes culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down functional silos to optimize business results and growth and effective communicator and collaborator Superior communications and presentation skills Office Suite knowledge CRM experience a plus #GLDR #LI-KS1.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
