Job Description:
Zolon is a prime contractor with the Department of Health and Human Services to provide Software Development, Modernization, Maintenance and Support.
This is a 5-yr.
program providing HHS with Application Development, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning and Infrastructure Optimization.
We are looking for an Enterprise Transformation Specialist to support this programJob Duties:
Lead Enterprise Transformation Management coaching sessions with the CIO, DCIO, and key leaders on their teams.
Conduct a Change Management Exploration to inform and assess internal and external Change Management needs, identify risks early, and support organizational transformation.
Define objective success metrics to evaluate Change Management initiatives.
Provide facilitation services such as Vision workshops Translate complex technical processes and information into visualizations and resources to support the socialization and elevation of business priorities.
Facilitate partnerships across offices within OASH (user interviews, feedback loops, engagement activities).
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the OCIO.
Provide standards, visualizations, and formatting for enterprise-wide status reporting.
Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Certifications in ITIL Mastering Change Management Certification would be a plus 7 years of experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Teams and SharePoint 7 years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation 7 years of experience in change management/ organizational management/organizational development/ organizational psychology 5 years of experience in Agile coaching and training 5 years of experience in healthcare related systems and data.
5 years of experience in driving solutions for public health and science.
5 years of experience in architecture, implementing, and operationalizing hybrid cloud solutions, and implementing all relevant security and compliance requirements.
Experience in Agile development and Lean management.
Experience in providing organizational change support beyond pure technology solutions.
Expertise with systems such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign) In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
