Job Description:
Zolon is a prime contractor with the Department of Health and Human Services to provide Software Development, Modernization, Maintenance and Support. This is a 5-yr. program providing HHS with Application Development, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning and Infrastructure Optimization. We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to support this program. Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
Serve as Technical POC forZolon's project implementation team and field technical feasibility questions on Zolon's behalf with federal government client all through the development and modernization life cycle. Provide support to Zolon's Solutions Architect in researching and presentingtechnical options and their pros/cons in Enterprise Architecture Meetings, within the context of client's technical infrastructure, for implementing functional requirements. Take ownership of a small development team's deliverables all the way from design, architecture, development, infrastructure setup, testing and production deployment Define development standards for the assigned development team, and propose process refinements and roles definitions to streamline the development team's deliverables. Proactively articulate any risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies to the NCI project management based on the status of development team's deliverables. Analyze and focus on technology-driven opportunity requirements and generate capture artifacts (including supporting solution and basis of estimate development) for development/proposal responses Required Skills:
Development Experience in working with UI frameworks like Angular,Javascript. Development Experience inJava8
environment involving Full Stack development. Development Experience in developingJavabased REST APIs involving backend frameworks like Spring boot, Hibernate, JPA. Development Experience in writing testcases using JUnit (Java) and serenity/cucumber (for UI). GIS Development experience will be a plus AWS and Linux Experience will be a plus Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline. 5-7 years of work experience supporting and/or developing large-scale solutions for DoD or other Federal customers. Knowledge of, and experience with, technology-based development methodologies/ techniques especially focused on the DoD and other segments of the US Federal Government marketplace with demonstrated capability delivering large-scale solutions Direct working experience capturing and executing development efforts (and orchestrating multiple development teams) for enterprise scale environments. DevSecOps automation and IA expertise.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
