years of experience providing security support for applications developed in .NET, SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Oracle 7
combined years of experience providing ATO support for applications hosted in AWS, GCP, or Azure 7
years of experience in implementation and managing cyber security projects 7
years of experience in supporting cyber security operations, risk assessment, audits and compliance conforming to NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP regulations. 5 years of experience in securing Healthcare related systems and data. 5 years of experience in providing security support for public health and science applications 5 years of experience in architecture, implementing, and operationalizing hybrid cloud solutions, and implementing all relevant security and compliance requirements. Experience in Agile development Experience in providing organizational change support beyond pure technology solutions. Experience in architectures and technology solutions following industry standards or best practices for architectural design patterns, transactional and security models Experience in design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge Experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics. Knowledge of various security tool & techniques Understanding of authentication and authorization security concepts. Provide technology capabilities to meet customer needs with timely and seamless access to the cloud-based infrastructure, business applications, and data. This includes staying abreast of new platform feature offerings and new and innovative ways to provide technology value to agency customers. Develop architectures for security components based on security principals. Architect solutions that offer role-based identity management, authorization, and authentication across all business applications. Provide contingency plan development and evaluation. Define and document the security and privacy requirements for the system and the environment of operation Provide inputs to strategic guidance on high availability and redundancy for applications, servers, database servers, security/network infrastructure and backups on systems. Design, develop, and implement a NIST-compliant continuous monitoring process across all major information systems Implement security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Support required Security Assessment, and Information Assurance Review and provide responses to security scans Interact with the architecture team to ensure security is not compromised Building the enterprise level architecture for archives, backups, disaster recovery, hybrid cloud, and production Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments Provide comprehensive documentation and information necessary to analyze processes, procedures, and/or policies that were implemented in the creation of the applications. Develop system configuration in such a manner as to leverage maximum re-use and sharing across the platform by other federal agencies. Provide full technical documentation for all software development efforts and product releases with all information necessary to document processes, procedures, code artifacts, and/or policies that were implemented in the creation of the development work. Provide solution architecture subject matter expertise for the ServiceNow platform. Provide solution architecture subject matter expertise for the ASP.NET/Oracle Client-Server applications. Participate in scrum calls and provide weekly progress report
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
