We are seeking a talented Jr.
Technical Recruiter in Herndon, VA.
This person will be responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships and partnerships with hiring leaders, candidate pools, peer partners, and third-party vendors to deliver candidates for Zolon's hiring needs.
Develops and recommends recruiting strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent for open positions.
Develops and implements creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble pipeline of talent for open positions.
Performs full life cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods.
Follows up and follows through on all submitted candidates in a timely manner and ensures that the Applicant Tracking System (Job Diva) is kept up to date in real time and ensures compliance with all Federal, State and Regulatory requirements.
Negotiates salary per job requisition within approved range.
Builds candidate pools to meet hiring requirements through leveraging their technical expertise to identify sourcing and networking strategies and tools.
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple creative channels (Job Boards/web/social/professional networks, etc.
) Experience recruiting cleared candidates for Federal Government Agencies/ Civilian.
Ability to meet company talent acquisition needs and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Required/Minimum Qualifications High school Diploma 2 to 4 years talent acquisition experience (eg, recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
