Job Description Responsibilities include; Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and softwareProvide technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management statusCoordinate support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and/or third party vendors to resolution and coordinate a storage infrastructure of Oracle system and database appliancesResponsible for Oracle production environments; assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching; and work on standardization projects for both hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack while providing consistent system uptime as expected in a Cloud environmentProvide on-call support, on a rotating basisCareer Level - Career Level - IC2 Responsibilities Requirements:

SCitizenship and Possess and Maintain active TS/SCI
Polygraph Clearanceo Willingness to work in 24/7 NOC; 4X10 schedule to include weekendso Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
o Experience with Linuxo Experience participating in or running incident bridges.
o Customer obsession, passion for delighting customers.
o Experience in cloud technical support, operations, NOC or similar is preferred, but not required.
o Experience working with government customers is preferred, but not required.
o Demonstrable ability to quickly learn new technical domains and then train others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
