Company is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate General Counsel, International Trade with extensive experience in managing the ITC function in a major corporation within the Aerospace and Defense Industry to provide the following: Legal advice to business units and export/import compliance officers on the requirements and obligations of exporting dual-use and defense articles and services under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR), OFAC-Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Develop, maintain and oversee comprehensive IT&C compliance program, to include development and maintenance of Group policies and procedures, tools and other resources related to US import/export laws, rules and regulations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
